An EGO Of Me

Realize that currently i'm damn Ego, i think no why. just because of my work situation definitely doesn't same like before, my position seem like fell down already, suddenly ask me to watch and learn from the trainee? Not supposed because of i had more experience then will get power a bit? Feel like i already lost my power in office,almost same like a low people. I consider that my performance is not bad, anything also had try all my best to do on my work! Am i sent wrong email? Am i treat them no manners？No lo.. actually I treat them very polite. so what have i done wrong? I also don't understand. I'm become like Ego, also forced by you all..!! >.<
